Catherine Bell is the President of IEA Canada and is a mother of two young boys and owns an executive search and team building practice. She has helped to build many great companies in Canada. She uses the Enneagram to help her clients successfully integrate new team members into their business. She is an active volunteer, and last year helped to bring Wayne Dyer to Calgary, which helped over 70,000 women with their small businesses in third worlds. Terry St. Pierre is a Senior Consultant with Generative Leadership Group, having worked with the firm since 1994. She coaches executives and their teams, consults on change initiatives and facilitates custom designed team sessions and training programs. Peter McGaugh is a Director of IEA Canada. Peter recently launched Take5 Coaching & Engagement Solutions, a company which develops & delivers insightful, inspirational & lasting engagement solutions aimed at awakening individuals, teams & organizations to new possibilities. He has been using the Enneagram, and will now be incorporating the new Nine Domains approach, in his work. Prior to this, he spent over 20 years with Imperial Tobacco Canada (British American Tobacco) where he held a number of senior level marketing positions. Sheri Wise holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration, Honours, and is a Certifed Management Accountant ("CMA"). Her two decades of business experience have been primarily in the manufacturing and renewable energy industries, currently as Corporate Controller at BluEarth Renewables Inc. (www.bluearthrenewables.com). In addition, she acts as Treasurer for a not-for-profit organization focused on providing sustainable technologies to under-developed regions. Sheri is passionate about improving people's lives, both through personal development and humanitarian support. In addition to local initiatives, she has travelled to Africa and South America with these objectives in mind. She enjoys a very active life in Calgary with her husband and two sons.

David Savage is a professional coach and serves successful negotiators and leaders. Since 1975, Dave has built numerous Canadian petroleum firms. Dave has also co-founded transformative organizations including the Company-to-Company Dispute Resolution Council (2002), the Global Negotiation Insight Institute (2008) and Enneagram Canada (2010). Heather Marasse is a Partner with Generative Leadership Group (GLG), and has been with the company since 1997. Prior to joining GLG, she spent 14 years in telecommunications. Her professional background is in marketing, organizational strategy and the implementation of change. Heather has a unique talent for understanding strategic business issues and their impact on the human systems within organizations. She and her colleagues at GLG have worked with numerous clients to help them undertake significant initatives in their business and they utilize the Enneagram extensively in their facilitation, consultation and coaching practice. Nancy Finlayson was ordained in the United Church of Canada and holds a Masters in Divinity from the University of Winnipeg, as well as a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. She is a trained and certified Spiritual Director with extensive education and experience in the area of spiritual formation, psychology and Enneagram studies. Nancy is currently ministering to the "church beyond the pews" in and through her spiritual direction practice, grief work, Enneagram consulting and workshops. She is also on the faculty of religion at St. Mary's Academy in Winnipeg. Rev. Nancy is passionate about enabling people to use the Enneagram as a tool of discernment and in helping others live with the kind of personal freedom that issues forth in love and justice to others.
